Любые строения, оказывающие высокое давление на поверхность, строят на ж/б сваях. Такие опоры долговечны, прочны, наделены стойкостью к атмосферным воздействиям и выдерживают огромные нагрузки.

Перед монтажными работами всегда проводится пробное бурение с целью обследования почвы и определения отметки её стабильного слоя, структуры, состава, уровня залегания грунтовых вод. Геологическое исследование обязательно на начальном этапе строительства, ведь только после него и подбирается длина и сечение опор.

Те, кто пренебрегает данной процедурой, впоследствии очень сожалеют об этом, наблюдая деформацию здания и треснувшие стены.

Виды монтажа

Забивка свай — это самый распространенный способ установки свайных фундаментов. Технология забивки опорных колонн считается самой продуктивной.
Погружение опор с помощью спецтехники позволяет за одну рабочую смену установить до 40 элементов.

Ударная забивка

Вибропогружение рационально использовать при монтаже в почву с большим содержанием воды. Ударный способ применяется в разных грунтах и одинаково эффективно заглубляет сваи любых форм и сечений. Имеет ограничение на использование в застроенной черте города из-за возможной деформации старых фундаментов соседних домов. Его основным минусом является громкий шум.

Вибропогружение

Вдавливание свай происходит посредством прикладывания к ним статической нагрузки и применяется при проведении больших объёмов работ. Данная технология ускоряет производственный процесс и менее затратна, нежели предыдущие.
